The year 2016 opens with an auspicious bang for Concord Primary School as we celebrate our 15th Anniversary with the theme, Soaring Towards Greater Heights! Looking back at our accomplishments as a school, we are proud that Concord has made steady progress to serve the Choa Chu Kang Community well by nurturing outstanding students in the academic and non-academic domains. The year 2016 had ended on a high positive note for the school when our PSLE Results improved for the 3rd consecutive year with many subjects achieving above the national grades in terms of quantity and quality passes.
